Sizing
As sizing can vary between brands, we recommend checking the size and any measurements provided in the individual product listing rather than relying solely on the size shown on the garment label.
Where appropriate, we will provide useful garment measurements to help you decide whether an item is right for you.
All measurements are approximate and provided in centimetres (cm). Bust/Chest, Waist, Hips, Upper Arm and Thigh measurements are given as the full circumference. All other measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.
Condition of Preloved Items
Each preloved item is individually inspected and assessed before being offered for sale. Any noticeable signs of wear, marks, damage, or alterations that we identify will be described in the product listing and, where appropriate, shown in the photographs.
We use the following condition descriptions:
Excellent - Beautifully maintained with minimal or no noticeable signs of previous wear.
Very Good - Gently worn and well cared for, with only minor signs of previous wear.
Good - Previously enjoyed and showing some signs of wear consistent with its age and use. Any significant imperfections will be described.
We will not offer for sale any preloved items where we believe that the condition falls below good.
Vintage - Vintage pieces may naturally show signs of age and previous wear. We believe these characteristics can form part of their individual history and charm, but any significant imperfections we identify will be disclosed.
New items - New items are unworn. Where an item is new but does not have its original retail tags, packaging, box or dust bag, this will be made clear in the individual product description.
Designer and Luxury Pieces - Where independent authentication has been obtained for a designer or luxury item, this will be clearly stated in its individual product listing.
A little reassurance - We take care to describe our pieces as accurately and transparently as possible. As preloved items are individual, we recommend reviewing all photographs and the full product description before purchasing.
