Our approach to Authenticity
We carefully assess the designer and luxury items we have for sale. Where independent professional authentication has been obtained for an item, this will be clearly stated in the individual product description.
Independent Authentication
Where an item has been independently authenticated, we will provide details of the authentication in the product listing and, where applicable, any accompanying authentication documentation or reference available with that item.
Original Packaging and Accessories
Designer items do not always come to us with their original box, dust bag, tags, receipt or other accessories. We will clearly state what is and is not included with each item, and we will never imply that original packaging or accessories are included when they are not.
Condition
Each piece is individually inspected, assessed and photographed. Any significant signs of wear or imperfections that we identify will be described in the product listing. Please also refer to our Size and Condition guide for further information about our condition descriptions.
